FNB Bad Service for a Premier Custome

I have been trying to get my credit card limit increased and this is the hamster wheel FNB have put me through just to submit the application:

1. First contacted FNB Premier on Monday 29 July to request a credit card limit. Was put through to Card Applications. After 3 dropped calls, managed to speak to a consultant who told me I had to go to a branch to complete.
2. Gave up and went into Centurion branch on Wed 31 July. Before going in, I asked what documents were required and was told Passport, Work Permit and Payslip. Provided these and was told application had been successfully submitted.
3. Followed up on Thur 1 Aug. Was told missing documents of Foreign National Declaration, Passport, Work Permit and Work Contract. Provided on Friday 2 Aug.
4. Followed up on Mon 5 Aug. Was told Passport and Work Permit not clear, provided them again.
5. Followed up on Tues. Was told same, provide again.
6. Followed up on Wed. Was told Declaration invalid (even though FNB sent me this document) and I need to provide again.

I have now spent a week trying to submit documentation. More frustratingly, FNB provides no feedback unless I follow up, and have spent R100s calling FNB Premier!!!
