Some time ago I posted here about the excellent service I received at MTN in Menlyn. Sadly, now, I have to report the opposite. It has not been more than 2 days after I upgraded and had to do a sim swap, because the new phone only takes small sims. This is also not a free process. So payment was made and I was promised that the swap would be in effect between 2 and 24 hours later. It has been more than double that now. I went to the trouble of phoning the MTN call center, where I was informed that no sim swap was registered on their system. This is highly inconvenient. Please advise.
