I have upgraded about 7 days ago, and requested a sim swap, and no I have been waiting for 4 days after a was PROMISED it would only take 2 to 24 hours to take effect, however this is not the case. every time I call they say it is pending, or I should check every hour but yesterday the Menlyn branch told me that nothing happens over weekends, this means I was to!! this makes me extremely upset as I am a paying customer that gets fed incorrect information!!! when I phoned today they where so unhelpful and I still have no answer as to when my sim swap will be done so my new phone is unusable!!!
Extremely poor service!!!
