Insurance claim

It is so annoying to hold for a consultant on mtnsp insurance line... it is funny how when you apply for insurance you are offered speedy convenience service yet when it is time to submit your claim no one reads your emails and there are no consultants available to take your call. as if it not bad enough that i have to deal with the fact that i was mugged... mtn needs to ensure that they up their service because this of having people hold for a consultant for ages is not what service is... they better shape up
