Regretting taking out Nashua Mobile insurance

I accidently cracked the screen of my cellphone. Although I appreciate that there is a process and that according to the policy Nashua Mobile has 30 days to settle my claim, I don't appreciate a client service consultant who says that he knows about bundles and prices but not about the insurance process and then offered to transfer me to the insurance department who couldn't provide me with any information. He then told me I would receive SMS updates, but they won't really tell me anything or give me an indication of turnaround times? Then why send them? Nor do I appreciate the fact that the consultant made it clear that it is a lengthy process when the consultant in the store told me it would take a week. The two consultants that I spoke to you were both negative about the insurance/repair process and it's clear that I would have received better service through my insurance broker. I regret taking insurance through Nashua Mobile and will definitely be moving my cellphone insurance once this claim has been finalised.
