I am really not happy with service or lack thereof that I have received thus far from MTN SP Insurance!! I have been trying to submit a claim form since the incident involving my insured handset occurred. I have called this 083 123 6084 number and followed the prompts. According to their system, my claim form has not been received yet even though I sent the claim forms to the email address specified on the form. I then selected the option to speak to a consultant however the phone just rings. I have not been able to speak to anyone yet regarding submission of this claim form. It is becoming very frustrating as a customer, not being able to speak to a consultant having called multiple times at different times of the day, not to mention the amount of time and money spent calling, waiting and trying to get hold of someone to understand what needs to be done or how to initiate this claim process from my side. I have also attempted to call 808 from an MTN cellphone, the phone just rings, while I am waiting . I have tried to call 0831808 from a non-MTN number, the phone just rings.
I would really appreciate a phone call from one of your consultants or anyone at MTN who can assist me!
