Telkom Mobile staff incompetent

I have not been able to access my email and have been having BBM issues for the past 2 months. I have called the call centres who have been unable to assist me, I have been in to branches twice and still no one can assist. I have had a couple of cases opened to fix the issue and for some reason my cases get closed without the issue being resolved and without my knowing. how difficult can it be to assist me with my email problems? the staff never know what to do or how to help and for some reason I get called 101 different names after specifying my name at the beginning of each call. The service is disgusting and the staff are useless. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. DISGUSTING!!
