Ticket no KKU-161-52484 is about poor perfomance of brand new E5331 MIFI device I purchased. A lesser E1752 device outshines it given the same conditions in a 2G environment at home. Afrihost seem lost here and keep reminding me I am in a 2G area. I KNOW but why is E1752 device so much faster in the same place and connection? I have lost track of the no of Afrihost personell who have taken on this ticket and then dropped it like a hot potato. They merely stop responding and pass the ticket onto the next person. Where's your money back guarantee now Afrihost? The only positive thing about Afrihost right now is that you can cancel with under a months notice. This has proved a colossal waste of time and just glad that my time with Afrihost has been short, although not that sweet.
