Service is less than incompetent

I have been with Afrihost for more than a year now, I have a few clients ranging from ones with 72GB accounts to ones with 15GB accounts. I have noticed that speed is being throttled in the 15-30 GB accounts. Afrihost of course denies any such thing happening, but I asked them to explain how the internet seems to fly when I connect to my WebAfrica account. In as much as some of their services are excellent but I have really been disappointed by the internet and ADSL. I have decided not to waste any more of my time calling Afrihost as they seemingly are unable to deliver. I would rather get WebAfrica which is considerably more expensive but with guaranteed service that this Afrihost nonsense. Goodbye Afrihost
