Vodacom are theives and are basically from me every chance they get. Two complaints:
1. Been fighting since Sept 2012 to get my money back on a 3g USB contract i signed up for & TRIED to cancel because no matter what i did, was just not working. I have proof that Andrew Smith and Lester Sherriff (Manager) promise to fix the problem for me and cancel contract.i HAVE TO BEG THEM for answers! months down the line the contract is STILL being charged because its blocked and not cancelled (Vodacom Fault) they promised they will refund me (Feb 2013). Since then the Manager has blatantly been ignoring my emails and phonecalls & still have not been refunded as promised. I HAVE PROOF OF EMAIL. I'm shocked at how incompetent & unethical they have been.
2. 2months ago, i upgraded to an iPhone 4Gs, it arrived the thursday, didnt activate, nor was i able to sync my old data to the new phone & was without a phone the whole weeknd, the next week i had to leave on holiday for a week so had to send the phone back within my warranty period which i did, they collected it! i buhave Been charged for the 2 months & i have complained twice. STILL NOTHING. I HAVE LOST ALL HOPE AND FAITH & i'm FURIOUS
