I have sent by Blackberry 8520 in for repairs at VODACOM, several times, only to get it back after plus minus THREE weeks and then after a week I have to send it in again!!! App error 200. I only received my phone back on Thursday, 7 Nov. 2013 - job nr 9301860 - for the fourth time! And I also complained to Vodacom's repair "manager", Ivy Rossouw and she promised to look into the matter, which she did'nt do!
I'm sick and tired of only having it a week and it is 3 weeks at Vodacom repairs. I either want anoher (better) phone OR my contract cancelled!! I WILL take it further!!
