Intense Telkom exchange congestion that has been going on for the past month in the Parow North area in Cape Town.
During the times of 7pm till about 4am i get 300 ping to cape town and 500 ping to Europe. I have logged many faults but nothing has been solved as yet.

Ironically my eSports team cant play in the Telkom Do Gaming League because of this matter.
