Stuck with a 2 month old faulty phone

The speaker on my phone does not work and the store wont help me coz my proof purchase is faded I tried calling the head office they also cant help they cant pull out the records and they cant get any1 from the store to email it to them. this is pathetic service, i bought this phone 2 months ago and iv been going back and forth with the store and customer care without the care. i need this phone replaced asap and coz repairing it is a mission and im paying for a service that im not receiving. and I know my CPA rights and I cant accept this.
