My phone stopped working on the 26 October 2013, I called their customer care service and I was told to send in the phone for repairs, when I got to the store (Altech Autopage Mafikeng) I was then informed that I was supposed to bring in the proof of payment, I then asked her to call head office from her office to ask for that proof of payment as I did not have time to go back and forth for jst a paper and she refused. I then customer care service and I was told that the lady at the store was correct for not accepting my phone for it did not have the proof of payment, I asked why she couldn't let me use their phone to ask head office to send through that proof of payment, and I got no answer. Two weeks later I then managed to get a bit of time and went to the store on the 15 November 2013, where I was told their printing machine was not working and therefore I cudn't leave my phone as there were things that I was supposed to sign when I left the phone, I then asked the same lady to e-mail me the papers so I can sign them and fax or e-mail them back, and she refused, so now I am stuck with a phone that is not working, while I am being billed every month for it.
