POOR SERVICE FROM MTN

Im so dissapointed in the service I have recieved from Mtn as a valued customer for years. I took out a contract at Mtn West Street a Blackberry 9300 the first 6 months it had a problem the trackpad they replaced my phone with a refurbished unit 4 months down the line the same problem happened my phone was then replaced with another refurbished handset. On receiving the handset not even a week there was a problem with the speaker i then returned the handset to the store and was told they have to book it in for repairs i was very unhappy as i didnt have the phone for more than a week and will not accept another refurbished unit. I took the matter to the customer service agent and Area Manager and i was told there is nothing that can be done i just have to accept the 4th refubished unit. My contract is paid without fail every month and Mtn is not providing me with a service im basicaly paying for something i hardly even have and something that is faulty all the time. I have not had a phone for 2 months.
