Pathetic Service

Hi. I brought my faulty phone into your N1 City store on the 1 Sep. The staff member told me courier would pick up phone within 2 days and I would have some feedback on what is wrong. She said max time it would take is 2 weeks. On the 11th, I tried calling the store all morning and I couldn't get through once. It keeps telling me mailbox is full. I then went into the store and nobody could give me any feedback as they had no record of my phone and there was no file there. The lady promised she will investigate further and call me. I received no call. This morning, I then tried again to call the store, still could not get through. I then went to store again. She miraculously found missing file, called repair department who confirmed they only received phone today. Its been 12 days and nobody has even looked at the phone yet. I refuse to accept pathetic service. I pay you guys 476 rand pm and in return I expect you to provide me with the service I require. I was promised I would get my phone back within 2weeks and I expect u to keep that promise. f I do not get my phone back on monday, I will demand a new phone as Im not gonna sit through another week while your company does nothing.
