Not responding to mail

I will not recommend afrihost to anyone as their customer service, I sent a mail out at 7am and only recieved a reply at 11am, there after I responded to the mail and I am still awaiting a answer to migrate my line over.

I am disappointed in this service AND WILL NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
