In an environment of terrible service from most companies, Afrihost really stands out
their customer service is excellent within a few mins of sending an e mail I always get a reply no need to sit on phone with call centre I often even e mail the CEO, Gian himself and he replies plus their products are good
a few months ago I ordered a new modem it was delivered in a few days with all the settings built in already didn't need to call to set up just literally plugged it in
