On 27 Nov 2013 I requested for ADSL (this was for conversion to DSL and transfer line to Afrihost). Same day, I ordered a modem from them. 5 Dec 2013 the Telkom line had been converted to DSL and transferred to Afrihost. Immediately they send an invoice and say I have to pay the amount. I can't use the service until the modem arrives and they know that! On the 8th business day (9 Dec 2013) the courier delivers the modem to the WRONG person. I didn't receive a phone call to say the package was en route and whether I would be available to take delivery - NOTHING!!! Afrihost have my details and they should have passed the CORRECT details on to Dawn Wing? Furthermore, I have to send tweets on Twitter to get someone to reply to me. It took them 5 days to respond to my mail and other mails have not even been responded to.

I must say that It's easy to sign up on their site - the response time is unbelievable as within an hour they responded. I guess they have made it easy so it's easy for them to take my money and run! That's the feeling I get from Afrihost.

Right now I am waiting for Afrihost and Dawn Wing to reply as to whom and to where my modem has gone.
