I am paying for a 10mbps line and my line has been at 200kbps for the last 4 days and Afrihost has not helped me at all. They cant even tell me when Telkom will come out and fix it. I have to do the same tests over and over again and they can't even escalate the call. I have never had such bad service from an ISP ever. I will never recommend Afrihost to anyone.
