I have a very important outstanding dispute with Afrihost still awaiting attention and Afrihost have to go and kick me in the teeth by sending me marketing junk mail instead of attending to resolution to my dispute.
This just goes to show that the email address [Email Removed] is NOT available for Afrihost clients to write directly to the CEO as they advertise you can.
Once again it is all just a MARKETING! If it were not you would NOT tell your faithful existing clients to contact the CEO on this address without answer almost 3 weeks ago!!!
Still NO answer from Afrihost who 20 hours of my time and then offered R354 as compensation!!! What a joke!
This is all such a pity as Afrihost is a very good ISP, but seems like they have perhaps got too big to care anymore.
Please put your money where your mouth is Mr CEO and see if in fact you are capable of handling one of your faithful existing client's concerns personally as you advertise you do on your website.
