Poor service

I applied with Afrihost to have my ISP service taken over by them. From the word go I had to do all the contacting with Telkom regarding my line, ie, I had to phone Telkom to get my line released so that it can be Migrated. I applied for a 4meg uncapped line. The money was taken from my account for the service but yet I didn't have the correct service, After I had to contact Afrihost on numerous occasions to see why I don't have a 4meg line I was informed that my Telkom exchange does not support a 4meg line. Being an ex Telkom employee, I contacted Telkom yet again and got a conformation e-mail from them stating that I can get the line required. After sending the mail to Afrihost they still said that I can't get the 4meg line. After telling them what to do, they eventually contacted Telkom and Telkom did what they need to do to get my line sorted. I was told that they will pass me a credit for the time that I was charged for a 4meg line. I was promised by Nikita and also Joey in the accounts department that this will be sorted by end November. Received my bill for December and needless to say there is no credit. Very service from them.
