Calls consistently dropping/failing

Dear sir/madam

I can no longer bare having to deal with my calls being dropped or failing to connect. I live and work in Cape Town city centre and find that at least one out of two or three calls is dropped midway through.

This is an unacceptable level of service, particularly when I am trying to do business. I am the owner of my company and am considering moving our company account. Are there not enough cell towers to cope with the traffic, particularly during lunchtime in Cape Town city?
