Disgusting Service, off and Very angry

I and my Husband are very off with your service and the way East Rand Mall branch treated us is like we are not paying money to auto page every month. Our 1900 Galaxy S2hone was booked by your branch to go on repair. i was without a phone for the past 7 week and only to tell me that they cannot repair my phone. i phoned the call center so they can replace me with another phone as my phone was still on guarantee and i am still paying for the phone as i say now the debit order went through yesterday and i don't have a phone. I want someone to contact us ASP to organize a new phone for us or WE will terminate the contract and stop paying the bill as we don't have a phone anymore. And if you blacklist my husband because is his name we will go to media speak out about your bad crooking service.
