BIS charges without Blackberry

I upgraded with MTN beginning of March 2013 with a Sony Xperia T, yet on my statements from March - August they still continued charging me for the blackberry services that i was not using.

After calling the 808 service centre a few times (since early September 2013) I have been getting the same story over and over:

"Credit has been loaded we still waiting for QA to approve."

The agent cannot tell me what is the credit amount nor when will the approval be done. I was told to look out for it on the September statement it was not there now the lady I have just spoken to has told me to wait for October. I will wait though I'm anticipating the worst.

I'm afraid after 7 years with MTN if this has not been sorted by then I will have to halt my contract and port elsewhere only because i cannot understand why such a small thing is taking so much time to resolve.
