Disgusting Service Branch and Head office

I Took 2 Contracts form 8ta East Rand Mall. They need to port my current numbers from another service provider. Now what a mess. They ported the wrong numbers against the wrong phones and contracts. It is now 2 weeks later and I actually do not have a Phone, because if you phone my cell number my husbands phones rings. We cannot swop sim Cards as his phone takes the micro card. We are running a business from the one phone and cannot afford to not have a phone. We stay 60 km away from the shop though we have been to the shop about 7 time, phone them about every day. Phone Telkom Head Office. Just no luck. Every person you speak to puts the blame on the other one. The Telkom Shop in the East Rand Mall Kay is the person who put down the phone on me after me telling her that she is incompetent and useless should not be working there. Do you blame me for waiting 2 weeks no but no feedback. We me and my husband sent several e-mails but also no luck. 8 ta Please select your staff and get people that want to work. This service is disgusting. I honestly feel like making a affidavit and taking their phones back to them and stop the debit order.
