I gave my phone in, in Lichtenburg in April for an Insurance claim, when i did an inquiry two weeks later, I discovered that there wasn't even a reference number. I phoned the call center and logged a query on Altech's web page, there after I was phoned by an agent, who explained to me that they were moving to different warehouse locations, and that their system's were scrambled. But that he will find my phone for me and that I will get feedback. It has been a month since then! I have been contacting the branch where I sent my phone from every week, according to the Lichtenburg branch, my claim was put on hold due to a comment on their system, stating that I rejected the quote for a repair on the phone? I did not know anything about a quote for a repair, neighter was my phone sent in for a repair, but for a Insurance claim. Im very unhappy with the service that I receive from Altech Autopage. And feel that I'm paying for a service that I'm really not getting. I have been without a phone for three months now. I feel that the service I received was very unprofessional and poor. I hope you can rectify and sort out this issue for me asap please.
