I"m paying for a broken phone

I have no idea what is wrong with my phone and apparantly neither do the autopage technicians! i have sent my phone in twice for repairs and missed out on approximately 2 months of usuage only for my phone to be returned back in exactly the same condition it was, its still not working! i refuse to send it in again and if you consider it holistically i am basically paying for a broken phone which i can not even cancel. For all i know they are probably just wiping out my software and returning the phone back to me. The best part about this is that the phone is apparantly under a guarantee. Additionally when the phone did come back the second time, no one had the decency to sms me that it arrived, i had to call in and enquire. This is the worst cell phone company and repair centre and as soon as my contract is over its adios autopage for good!!! Can head office please help and tell me what to do now?
