Data contract upgrade

Recently was treated and told and made to feel like an. I recently called the 8ta call center and was advised that the promotion i had seen about upgrading to a 10 10 from my current 10gig at R199.00. Its was confirmed that as a current contract holder due for upgrade i could get the promotion of 10 10 at the same price of R199.00.

When i walked into the Telkom mobile store Oscar told me the was no such thing and wAs a crazy request that did not exist. Told him that the call center had confirmed this and he said the lady was crazy. Not even at any even at any point did he try verify this but told me sorry the was nothing he could do because they is not like what i am asking for i must pay an extra R100.00 if i want that.

He was so rude, also considering yesterday they closed the store at 14:35 when clearly they should be closing at 3pm. This not being the first time this happens.
