I posted a complaint last week about poor service and why should i beg telkom mobile to upgrade my data contract. I was called by the department watching hello peter, was told someone would call me. Well guess what?? no call received.
So i will cancel my contract ASAP if this is not resolved within 24 hours. Last week telkom mobile was very helpful in helping me find the cancellation forms etc...
so it seems they prefer customers going to competitors instead of becoming loyal customers
