Well this is probably the tenth time I am complaining, not sure why I do it anymore. 8ta has USELESS internet coverage, and the day they wanted my money to sign the monthly contract, they told me that I have perfect coverage. I live in Pretoria North so there's not supposed to be any problems, but I can almost never go online and when I do, its so slow I rather disconnect. I pay R300 a month for this... THREE HUNDRED! You are breaching your side of the contract by false advertising and lying to your customers. Why cant I terminate my contract with you if you dont give me what was promised? I will continue to tell everyone how sad and stupid Telkom Mobile is, and maybe spill something to the newspapers as well. You are a bunch of whom make promises just to lure the customer. Whats your excuse? Please dont try and compete with your so called "4G" if your services are slower than the rest of the mobile networks. Telkom should be ashamed, just goes to show where management and the future of this useless operator is going... just so you know, almost three quarters of your customers complain..but do you care? no! USELESS Telkom
