A call center agent called to sell me 8tas LTE 3G 3G 24 contract. He assured me that the area I stay in has LTE signal and hence I took up the contract. When I went home to test this, this was not the the case as I only had 2 bars of 3G signal.
Activation of the service through 8tas call center was a nightmare since I was sent from pillar to post. That's if the call doesn't ring unanswered or the call is not dropped before you could get an agent to answer your call.
Now I'm trying to cancel this contract as 8tas 7 day return policy and once again this call center is a total nightmare.
