NO DELIVERY, POOR AND POOREST SERVICE

I have logged the complaint on 21 August which relates to query in June-July, up to date still no progess.
Have been contacted by Sady whom correspond by email that it will be done by 19 September. Today is 2 October, no reply, no feedback, job not done, it is 4 months wasted! Thank you for Vodacom for hiring such a nice person who cannot do job in time. Promise but no deliver!! Not trying to be ugly but it is FACT!!!
