This is a follow up to our complaint lodged on the 21st June 2013..Vodacom speedily replied to acknowledge the complaint on Hellopeter... but surprise surprise they never assisted us..
we sent a follow up mail on the 30th June 2013 because they got back to us after we provided all the details they requested... no surprise [URL Removed] silence from Ilse de Bruyn.
To our surprise, on the 24th August 2013 we got an email from Ilse :
"Dear Chantelle,
I sincerely apologise for not responding to this email below.
Wa this matter eventually resolved with the store?
Regards
Ilse de Bruyn"
Only almost 2 months later... nice to know Vodacom cares... Well we have asked for her supervisors details, lets see if it also takes 2 months for her to reply to that email. If any senior people at Vodacom read this please respond... within 24hrs... like most respectable companies should.
