I am complaining on behalf of my husband Brandon Ames i sent his samsung S3 into this shop to be repaired and to be given a quote. i gave it in on the 20th september and i was told that that on monday i would be given a quote and wednesday my phone should be fixed. i have phoned and phoned and not once has anyone got back to me when they said they would. i told them from the beginning it was urgent and to this day i have received not even received a quote. He cannot continue to work work as everything he needs is on that phone. Please could you sought out the lack of urgency and respect in this branch.
