May 2012 I was contacted by Khaya from Vodacom to upgrade my contract. I decided to downgrade my package from a Talk 500 to a Talk 200. Order # U379934, Quotation #638 7264 The new contract was effective 1 June 2012. The type of contract I was downgraded to on the advice of an upgrades specialist did not have international roaming (I specifically asked for roaming). I called and spoke to Tsunduka Nkuna (Khaya's manager) who never resolved my problem-he ignored my emails. Vodacom continued to bill me for a Talk 500 package for the months of June and July. I made several calls and logged endless quarries (of which I have kept all records). I ended up instructing my bank to reverse the direct payments for Vodacom for July and August. Vodacom then switched the account over to the new package in September 2012. I paid Vodacom for the September a 2012 bill. In October 2012 Vodacom disconnected my number. I eventually spoke to Patrick Simelane who fixed the billing mess in November 2012 I was promised a reactivation and sim card in November 2012 (The sim card arrived March 2013) Sim is not working because Vodacom cancelled my number. Now they are demanding further payments. WORST SERVICE
