Bad service and no response on my email complaint

On 29 August 2013 I contacted the above pharmacy to have medication delivered to me. The supervisor reply was that due to the fact that their delivery boy was sick and in hospital they only will deliver to old age homes that day. (If the delivery boy is in the hospital, what about delivery service the next day?) They do not know my circumstances and couldn't care less. This is a very big pharmacy which offers 24 hour service, etc. If they pride themselves on the fact that they supply delivery services, then these service should be available to all their clients at all times. Recruiting agencies do have temporary personnel who can be placed immediately. I have complained about the service to the pharmacy on two other occasions, with success I must say. This time, however, I wrote an email to Mr Mulluch, one of the owners. This email was read on 29 August 2013. Up until today I have received no reply. It appears to me that their clients are not their first priority. I wonder what their priority is!
