Incorrect billing, poor service

Vodacom not attending to my query and very bad service, I have been experiencing irregularities and excessive charges on my account, I phoned customer care on 8 August 2013 they send me the letter for the request that was charged on my account, the authorisation letter from a completely different company as well as an ID copy of a person unknown to me. The request this person logged for another cell number was charged 4 times to my account and I logged a dispute, ref no. S3-TYK23-3PN2L for feedback on 22 August 2013, on 23 August 2013 I received a call regarding a completely different matter with no relation to me, later at 8:35 I received an SMS saying that this query has been handed over for further investigation and directly afterwards I received another SMS ref no. A1-01WL-7CMZS and they are awaiting a fax. No feedback received for logged query. I am disputing my entire account as from August 2012 to date
