Vodacom not paying refund after leaving BIS

I moved to a Samsung Galaxy S4 at the beginning of June. I had BIS because I had a blackberry. Vodacom promised to cancel my BIS registration (verbally - there will be a call log of this). At the end of September I saw that BIS was still on my statement. I have queried this with Vodacom and I have so many reference numbers but no answer. Its sad that I have to resort to Hellopeter. It is also sad that such a big corporate can give such bad service.
The initial reference number that was logged was S3-T1M3R-ROX79.
I am not in South Africa at the moment so an email response will be nice. I am not confident I am going to get one though.
Another email query for the same response is 0064~434E.
I have such a bad taste in my mouth and I really hope Vodacom will honour this refund by the end of the day today since it has been queried for over 1.5 months now!
