I did an online upgrade for Note 3 on 1 Oct cos VSP promises Next Day Delivery for 2 Oct and a saving of R260.

Next day i inquire as to phone location and im told it will not be dispatched because they dont have micro sims. a Pre-recorded message stated my delivery will happen on 16th of October. My next day delivery down the drain and an online service making thing difficult.

I chat to Cresentia whom says she will have the online upgrade cancelled and i can go get the upgrade done at Sandton City Vodashop who had stock of sims and phones and then the Vodashop states that the upgrade is not cancelled so no phone for me

I called to complain and needless to say i was transferred from one incompetent person to another without any resolution. been going on for 3 hours

Now i hear that whomever can help is not available meaning cancellation will happen on the 3rd and i will only apply for upgrade at Vodashop after 24hrs which will be the 4th, thats to say all things go smoothly. what a joke.

So now i get my phone late id have to pay R260 because vodacom. Its easier to get heard when buying from them but when an issue presents itself the right people are difficult to find
