No phone provided but activates my contract!!!

I am outraged and extremely enraged, my fiance and i go to get the new galaxy note 3 at cellc Carlswald.

Thavendran captures our details incorrectly, wrong IMEI numbers on our contracts, says we can just swap it over later. The manager does nothing to help but give us attitude like we did something wrong.

After THREE HOURS in that store completed all the paperwork and checks, he tells me there is nothing more we can do, we cannot receive the device. He will have to cancel everything and we can do another deal or go to another store. He informed me that today it would be cancelled however he is on leave today and SANDRA THE MANAGER calls my fiance only to tell us we must cancel it ourselves because its our problem??? Then SANDRA does not want to answer any questions and decides to give my fiance a bad attitude... seriously!!!

WHAT DOES CELLC NOT UNDERSTAND, WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE PHONES BECAUSE HE CAPTURED ALL THE HANDSET DETAILS INCORRECTLY, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THE PHONE, NOW THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL, SO I MUST NOW PAY FOR A DEVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE AND SERVICE I AM NOT MAKING USE OF... not only myself but my fiance too.

This is a criminal act, avoid cellc at all costs!
