I signed 2 new contracts with Vodacom on sunday, with porting my number from cell C, my one phone is working under Cell C and the other has just been switched off. on phoning the store, the manager Sonja said they have enough clients and I should take my business some where else.
I have paid my sim and connections for both contracts, one of them I never even received the phone.
Should I register this complaint with the consumer's board?
or should I get in touch with Vodafone?
as everytime I phone customer service their network is down or they don't know whats wrong.
