I signed up for two new contracts for Samsung SIII last week. We couldn't down load e-mails or get onto the internet because of the settings are wrong and the porting from Vodacom was meant to take place at midnight on friday morning only one phone was ported. I have wasted enough time trying to get my e-mails to down load Thabo at the Sandton head office got the down loading of my e-mails to work however I can't send e-mails. After 4 days I have used R200, 00 of air time because the phone is set by Samsung to use the air time not the data bundles not my problem that is yours Cell C and then today Larry at the cresta branch just goes and changes all the settings on the phone without my authority now I can't even use the wi-fi in our home to down load. What was amazing while in cell c another man came in and cancelled 5 of his contracts for the same reason as me no service and being over charged on his contracts. So Mr Knott- Craig you have just lost another 2 contracts that makes 7 in one morning in one branch that's the way to go.
