I should never have gone for Cell C

My name is Hermann Frankfurth, I am a warehouse manager and deal with clients daily, so I know how to. The thing i am struggling to understand is, how bad of a service I had to received, i am tremendously disappointed. Firstly i have 4 ongoing contracts with Vodacom, might be a bit ppricy but service is great. My fianc? begged me for a tablet, I thought why not try out Cell C with their great rates and I can finally test them out, worst decision ever!!! I went to Cell C in Boksburg on the 4th of October, and I took two contracts, 2GB Smartdata Top Up for Galaxy 10.1 and Galaxy 7" Tab. They gave me in boxes and activated the sim cards. I took the tab home and switched it on, after 10min it went off, if I tried putting it on, it went off again, I took it to the store on Sunday and they tried turning it on, after 5 min, the screen froze. Now they have sent it in, the whole week no response, I finally got them to tell me what is happening on Saturday, the 12th, they said the tablet is coming back as there is nothing Wrong with it?? What:? So I get it back yesterday, guess what?? It freezes and goes off on its own, even though it is fully charged. Now I have 2 NEW contracts from Cell
