I have been with Cell C for a number of years and never in my life have i been so frustrated.
The NETWORK is POOR, I often have full signal on my phone yet i cannot make calls, access the internet.
I also often receive an sms saying i had a missed call from a certain number when my PHONE DID NOT EVEN RING!!!
I would like someone from the contracts department to contact me so I can cancel my 2 contracts with Cell C with immediate effect due to NONE DELIVERY OF SERVICES. I am paying every month for a service i am not recieving (This is in breach of the consumer protection act, and I will exercise my right with this act!!)
I have read many messages of people with the same issues, so i know its not an isolated problem!!
