My husbands phone has been hardbarred due to R38000 unbilled amount for data usage. first of all we shouldn't have been charged for that as he used his mtn loyalty points to download. second of all I have been phoning altech everyday for the last week and they transfer my calls all over the place but noboday can help me. the service is absolutely shocking and i will be consulting a lawyer about this. I am so sick of altech almost every single month we have some problem. no my husband is stuck without a phone because of altech's error. your "toll free" number is not free!!! i just used up my airtime trying to call.
