Change Contract without concent and double debit

I'm so shocked. I've been locking complaints on their website for the last 2-3 months and no one called me back or e-mailed me until the 23 July 2013. I was due for an upgrade in April and I did not take the upgrade as my husband bought me a phone for Christmas. So assuming that I don't have a phone to pay for my contract or monthly premium will come down a little, but in this case it was my airtime. I used to get R300 airtime, paying R321 per month and suddenly for the last 3 months it came down to R200, without me being notified or anything. I started to query this. When I do call, they say they will call me back and just don't.
Last night they double debit me. R620 goes off my account and I usually pay R321. My premium did go through last month, so how do you explain this. I called accounts and a lady helped me, first person that called me back. She said that it was a mistake. Why on my account the whole time and then they don't care to call back or sort out the problem. Now Chris came back to me and said; They'll give me a free month, but can not change the deal as it don't exist anymore. Now they want me to pay R2532.20 to buy out my contract, but my phone is paid off!!!
