I have upgraded on 24 April. Virgin mobile says thay have changed their system and they have not completed the upgrade on my account as yet. The total upgrade is still pending... BUT I HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR THE NEW UPGRADE ON THE 1 MEI 2013 ALREADY ----- so who are not doing their job. What type of service is this...
