Call Centre drops phone call

I received a phone call from 087 310 9532 regarding my cell phone contract. After the consultant explained the new offer to me and I asked what the monthly charge would be, in which case I declined as I could not afford it. The rude gentleman consultant drop the call in my ear without saying thank you for my time... This is no way to speak to customers!!! Please supply proper training to consultants.
