I got a call from a MTN consultant who was offering me a contract. i declined the offer and early this year, i realised that my bank account has been debited by MTN. upon speaking to their consultants, i realised that the consultant who called me initially to offer me a contract, actually went through and activated it even though i declined the offer. i explained my story to the MTN consultants but i guez, they thought that i am insane or because they know that its their way of getting customers, did nothing abt my case. i got a sms 2 weeks back, stated that my MTN account has been handed over to MBD attorneys and indeed it was as i got a call from a consultant from MDB attorneys. My issue is, MTN WHAT ACCOUNT ARE U TALKING ABOUT!!! I never signed any contract nor received any phone from MTN and today, U say that i owe U. is this your way of crooking consumers or rather increasing your client-base? Well if it is, MTN BIG-TIME!!! No investigations whatsoever were done, u say that all your calls are recorded, i doubt it, y didnt you investigate my case before anything else. All i want from u MTN, is for u to tell me one thing: WHAT DO I OWE YOU FOR, pls call me and tell me!!!
